Payment & Booking

When are booking details and payment required?
£250.00 deposit is required to secure the booking. Final balance and confirmation of catering is due one week before the event.

Access Times

When can I hire the room?
Room hire is available from 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Late night hire may be subject to an additional hire fee.

Accessibility

Do you have suitable access facilities?
All rooms are on ground floor level with ramp access to the main entrance. Double doors provide easy navigation around the building. Accessible toilets are available.

Parking

Do you have on-site parking?
Parking is available for up to 80 cars. This is shared with our golfers so may be limited during peak season. Cars may be left overnight and collected by 10am the next day.

Dietary Requirements

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
We can accommodate dietary requirements if notified in advance. We cannot guarantee the absence of nut traces.

Exclusivity

Are your rooms exclusive or shared access?
Your selected room will be exclusive to you, with shared access to the 1904 Bar and outside patio spaces.

Are you listed menus fixed?
We have provided a list of popular pre-priced menus for your convenience. If you are looking for something more bespoke, we are happy to discuss your requirements.

Can I come to see the venue before booking?
If you have not visited us before, we certainly recommend viewing the venue. Please contact the team to arrange an appointment.
